I love videogames especially old school games. I've played almost every classic and I love making parody's of it in sprite animations. If you do not like Sprite animations please go watch actual drawings on another place or at least give it a chance.

Take a look at yourself before you accuse others of letting everything pass. You have more than six times as many saves as Blams; that usually doesn't happen for a fair voter. I'm not accusing you of not watching though; you're just not that dumb. But you do seem to have a major habit of voting to pass.
Then take a look at the kinds of Flash with your name on them: the kinds of things that you have passed, and that others (sometimes with similar tastes) have co-authored you on. You, as well as anyone, know the tastes of the average Newgrounder; you know that average NG users, and I'm in that camp as well, love video game parodies and such, and for the most part wouldn't appreciate the kinds of things you like. If people watched and voted what they felt the submission should get, how many of them would have passed? Maybe one out of every five.
Also, look at your favorites list. How many of them would have avoided the Blam from normal Newgrounders who did not share your tastes in movies, had there not been save-whores? Mario P0wn, yes, and a number of the others; but certainly a good proportion of them would have been Blammed and not saved. Maybe even half of them would be in the Obituaries rather than in your favorites.
So it seems that you would be one of those most likely to enjoy this site a lot less without the save-whores. I get that submissions sometimes get the wrong scores because of people who don't watch, but you don't seem like one who wants to see high-scoring ones, but ones that can be considered "original".
NOTE: Not sticking up for the savewhores. They're a far bigger problem than any other on this site.
