the UMB people submitted like 10 UMDs in a very short length of time so he deleted the UMD account and all its submissions resulting in submissions that it has been co'ed on being deleted as well
there aren't any portal mods Tom would have announced somthing like that
not to mention that both Tom and Wade likely feel that submission deletion is too serious a matter to put into the hands of anyone but themselves (don't think they don't recognize what a mess BBS and review mods make of things sometimes)
