I just noticed that your animations are all really early-90s pc game style

pretty awesome

although it doesn't go well with the bad trance music since that's pretty much a 2000s thing and honestly fuck this decade. I think it would fit the retroish style you have going here to use some chiptunes or something. not sure if there are that many on the audio portal but check out benanderson and bryce. also midi-type things might work too.

This was mainly a performance test. After testing different ways for drawing pixels, I found out that I was just missing the lock(), unlock() methods. Having them on place it's amazing how fast the flash raster can go.

you misspelled "exalt" in the title screen

engrish scroll works, but you should change the border color. having a border color too close to the text color makes the text hard to read. also, some of the clouds disappear in the middle of the screen.

I don't see anything wrong with the explosion sequence.

the summer thing with yoda was too slow.

other than that, this is pretty cool. reminds me of 2004, in a good way.

first few seconds have too much going on

music doesn't sync up at all but that's probably because my computer ran out of memory or something in the first few seconds and firefox almost died

Try viewing it without scrolling around. That's what de-synced it for me. Even so, it's still a tad out of sync. As for the intro I'll be sure to fix that if I make a good copy for the Animutation Portal.

whoa, this is pretty badass.

you really need to do something more interesting with the backgrounds. also, don't overuse the rainbow gradient.

besides that, this was awesome, especially as a first try.
