Love story(romance) is a genre, not a theme. social commentary is a theme but is an extremely broad theme that actually changes as society changes. finally anime is a style, not a theme, and it isn't "psuedo-anime". using a style of art is not the same as stealing. It is absurd to condemn a work of art just because it is against discrimination and includes a romantic relationship that actually works. also, talking like a college kid does not mean you know everything and that you are surrounded by brainwashed dumbasses. that is just a fantasy you have contrived to help you cope with high-school.
