What the fuck is this shit?

Where is linking to your own flash against any rule anywhere? Where does it say not to link to your own flashes? Does it do anything bad at all to the thread? Does it do anything besides contribute to the thread's purpose, which is to find abusive reviews?

This is honestly the most mind-numbingly idiotic ban I have ever heard of in all my time on Newgrounds. There is nothing in the rules against that, and, of course, whoever did this didn't sign the ban. I find it interesting that whenever I get a reasonable ban, it's signed, and whenever I get an unreasonable one like this, it isn't.

I guess I can rule out a moderator just not liking me, since other people got banned for the same reason.

Can anyone give me a legitimate reason why I shouldn't be able to post links to abusive reviews on my movies? I can't think of any.

update: Wade apparently told a mod that it was bannable, so it was basically all Wade's fault. As usual.

Get the right preloader for the stage size you're using.

Also, I would recommend using at least 30fps with these. (I usually use 35.) Anything lower looks shitty.

There are only four active forum members, and two of them never submit. If you want to make Mozz movies, go ahead (I'm going to make a new Mozz account soon, since Orangebeef (or whoever runs the m0zz account) never checks the portal buddies on it), but you don't need to put LoD tags on it.

Cool, I can make frontpage posts now. I'm guessing the staff opened it up to all users with Flash or audio submissions again. (I talked to some other people, and they say they can post on the front page also. Of course, I could be wrong, and it could only be people with Flash scores of 3.00+ or something, but I don't really know. Maybe there will be a staff post about it.)

I finally got Firefox 3. It isn't anywhere near as good as FF2 (although it doesn't have the massive security holes FF2 had), but it runs a fuckton faster, which is awesome.

While I'm here, I may as well plug my awesome animutation thing. That was the first time in months that I actually put any effort at all into a flash. (Update: Awesome, it's on Albino Blacksheep.)
